How to Renew certificate authority on windows server 2008 r2

1.If a CA's certificate expires, the CA can no longer provide certificate services. Before the CA certificate expires, you can use the Certification Authority console to renew the CA to provide uninterrupted certificate services. The interval that is required for CA renewal depends on the certificate life cycle that you designed for the public key infrastructure.

To request a certificate .

Open IIS Manager

1. Click Request a certificate, 

1. Click Submit a certificate request 
2. In Notepad, click File, click Open, select the PKCS #10 or PKCS #7 file, click Edit, click Select all, click Edit, and then click Copy. On the Web page, click in the Saved request box. Click Edit, and then click Paste to paste the contents of the certificate request into the box.
3. Click Submit. 

•  After Renew Certificate now Complete Certificate Request .

Now Upload new Certificate 

Once Upload part done Open your Gateway Manager properties   Select Open tab SSL Certificate and import or Select your latest Certificate then restart your server or Services .
